Small indents on the scrolling wheel make it easier to grab with your middle finger when you're gaming. Because they're placed a good distance from the grip, you won't click on either accidentally. Right above the grip are two programmable buttons for custom actions that work as Back and Forward default actions for Web browsing right out of the box. On the bottom left is a rubber side grip for your thumb to rest on, so you won't have to worry about the mouse slipping out of your hand during intense gameplay.
